Users of Gmail on Android will be pleased to know that Google has released a new version of the application. The update brings Gmail on your Android device to version 2.3.5 and has some new features to improve your Gmail experience. One of the best new features in 2.3.5 is the ability to select specific notices on the label.

This means you can choose to be notified only when new messages from selected tags. A very useful feature when you’re the type of person who gets tons of email all the time, but only want to be alerted about the most important. In addition to the label of specific notifications, there is also a sync feature Priority Mail only – leaving their posts without importance in the Gmail server so you can check when I get home and connect to your computer.
There are other minor improvements as “images show” the senders and the usual bug fixes. You can go to Android Market to download the latest version of Gmail for Android if your phone has not warned about the update yet.
