To control the cursor a simple click in the trigger of the bottom let you wave the Elite in several directions, this feature is ideal for presentation work on a projector connected to your computer. With motion tools installed an additional set of buttons on the top of the mouse comes in to play. The central buttons tells the mouse that you are making a gesture, a swipe up, left right or down that can implement anything from expose to volume change. Depending on the application you are using three additional buttons produces actions. Within MotionTools all of these commands can be adjusted using simple drag and drop menus.
The Air Mouse Elite has a weakness. One port is used as a Dongle and the other is for charging so the laptops users will be pushed for more connection options and the USB cable does detract from an otherwise fully wireless product. But if a USB wall socket is used then it will help users.
